How to ACCESS YOU EMAIL / Via WEBMAIL:
1) by entering your full website address and adding: /webmail
Example: mywebsiteaddress.com/webmail
2) Enter your Email Address and Password to log in.
3) You can select any of the three Email Managers as the one which will open as you Primary Email Management Client. You may find horde to be a favorable choice among the three but feel free to check them all out. Each can access your emails.
a. Note: At any time you can change which of the three available is your Primary Email Management Client by hovering your mouse over your email address in the Top Menu and clicking the star next to an alternate Email Management Client.

Setting UP and Access Email thru Microsoft Outlook (Desktop Version):
Before you begin you will need to know your email address and email password.
1) Open Outlook
2) click File Tab / click + Add Account
3) select the Manual setup or additional server types then click Next
4) Under “Choose Service” select POP or IMAP then click Next
5) On the Add Account page under POP and IMAP Account Settings:
a. Under “User Information” Section Enter Your Name: and Enter Email Address:
b. Under “Server Information” Account Type: IMAP Incoming mail server: enter your website domain address without https://www. Example: yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): yourdomain.com
c. Under “Logon Information” User Name: your email address is your User Name
Example: (youremailaddress@yourdomain.com)
d. Check the box “Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)
6) Click the More Settings tab
a. Under the “General” tab Mail Account (you can enter the email address again or another name)
b. Under Other User Information (leave blank)
c. Under the “Outgoing Server” tab check the box “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”
i. Select “Log on using” and in User Name: (enter your email address)
ii. In Password: (enter your email password)
iii. Check the box “require Secure Password Authentication (SPA)”
d. Under the “Advanced” tab “Server Port Numbers”
i. under Incoming server(IMAP)
1. Do this FIRST. Set the encrypted connection to: SSL
2. Then set Incoming server(IMAP) to: 993
ii. under Outgoing server (SMTP)
1. Do this FIRST. Set the encrypted connection to: SSL
2. Then set Outgoing server (SMTP) to: 465
iii. No other settings need adjusted / leave “Root folder path:” empty
iv. Click OK.
v. Go back to the Advanced Settings tab and confirm settings match section “d.” above. The encrypted connection type “SSL” should have been entered first in steps above to avoid errors caused by auto complete of the server port number.
e. click Next/Finish – Test email should verify completion.
Troubleshooting: #1 cause of issues is related to section 6 d. v. above where it says “Go back…”
Setting UP and Access Email thru iPhone:
Before you begin you will need to know your email address and email password.
1) Open Settings
2) click Mail, Contacts, Calen… / under the ACCOUNT section click Add Account
3) select Other then under MAIL click Add Mail Account
4) on the “New Account” page next to:
a. Name: enter your name
b. Email: enter email address Example: youremailaddress@yourdomain.com
i. Note: if your extension is not .com use the correct extension such as .net, .co etc.
c. Password: enter password (This is your email password you have been given)
d. Description: enter description (Needs to be your email address. Apple indicates otherwise but that is not correct.)
e. Click Next
5) At the Top of this “New Account” page make sure IMAP is selected
6) Under the section “Incoming Mail Server” next to:
a. Host Name host.growology.com
b. User Name enter email address Example: youremailaddress@yourdomain.com
i. Note: if your extension is not .com use the correct extension such as .net, .co etc.
c. Password: enter password (This is your email password you have been given)
7) Under the section “Outgoing Mail Server” next to:
a. Host Name host.growology.com
b. User Name enter email address Example: youremailaddress@yourdomain.com
i. Note: if your extension is not .com use the correct extension such as .net, .co etc.
c. Password: enter password (This is your email password you have been given)
d. Click Next
8) The email account will VERIFY. You will be all finished.
EMAIL SETUP – TROUBLESHOOTING
iPhone:
The #1 cause of unsuccessful setup is caused by spelling mistakes while entering;
– your email address
– the password
– the host name
Outlook
Common causes of unsuccessful setup include;
– See Section 6 d. instructions and verify your Port Settings are set as noted. See Section 6 d. v. for further help
– Review or re-enter your email address to confirm there are no spelling errors.
