Clearing Browser Cache
Common Issue: Not seeing the most current version of a website page.
How to Clear Browser Cache
Why this occurs? A Web Browser is a program on your Computer that manages how Website Pages you Visit online will be displayed on your monitor. When you use a Web Browser like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer to visit a Website Page your Web Browser downloads that Website Page and stores it (Caching) so that if you visit that Website Page again in the future the Web Browser can more quickly show you the stored version. If that website page is updated you may need to Clear Browser Cache to see the most current version.
Cookies are small files websites you visit may place on your computer to help keep track of information that creates a better and more convenient experience upon your next visit. This information includes details like your favorites or shopping cart history for example.
