Clearing Cache and Cookies |  Chrome (Windows)

1. In the upper right corner click More  then click History > History

2. On the left, click Clear browsing data

3. From the drop-down menu, chose how much history to delete.  If you want to clear all, select the beginning of time

4. Check the boxes for the info you want Chrome to delete, including “browsing history“

5. Click Clear browsing data

Clearing Cache and Cookies |  Firefox

1. In the upper rightmost corner click the Menu  (look for 3 horizontal bars)

2. On the left, click Privacy & Security

3. In the Cached Web Content section, click the Clear Now Button

4. Changes will be saved when you close the about:preferences page

Clearing Cache and Cookies |  Internet Explorer 9, 10 and 11 (Windows)

1. In the upper rightmost corner click the Gear Icon, then Safety, then Delete Browsing History

2. Uncheck Preserve Favorites website data

3. Check the boxes Temporary Internet files and Cookies then click Delete

4. You will see a Conformation once your cache and cookies have been cleared.

Clearing Cache and Cookies |  Internet Explorer 8 (Windows)

1.  Select Tools, at the bottom of the drop-down menu select Internet Options

2. Click the General Tab, then under the 2nd section Browsing history Click the Delete button

3. Uncheck Preserve Favorites website data

4. Check the boxes Temporary Internet files and Cookies then click Delete

Clearing Cache and Cookies |  Internet Explorer 7 (Windows)

1.  Select Tools, at the bottom of the drop-down menu select Internet Options

2. Click the General Tab, then under the 2nd section Browsing history Click the Delete button

3. In the top section Temporary Internet Files Click the Delete files… button

4. On the popup window “Are you sure you want to delete all temporary Internet Explorer files? Click the Yes button

5. In the 2nd section Cookies Click the Delete cookies… button

6. On the popup window “Are you sure you want to delete all cookies in the temporary Internet files folder? Click the Yes button

Clearing Cache and Cookies |  Safari 8.0 – 10.0 (Mac)

1. In the upper left corner click Safari,  then click Preferences

2. In the popup window click Privacy tab.  Click the button Remove All Website Data…

3. In the popup window click Remove Now.
